Welcome to the Field Trip. We saved you a seat!

Every week, we escape our cultural bubbles and learn the stories of forgotten women in history. I’m your chaperone, Corinne, an American mom living in Milan.

🥳What to expect every week:

A short, funny, virtual field trip sharing the little-known but need-to-know stories of women.

Plus occasional bonus personal essays, political satire and stories from our readers.

💌 Why subscribe?

If you're ready to meet and be inspired by the sisters, moms, wives and daughters who changed the world, but history forgot.

Travel without the trust fund. International travel, in this economy?? Escape your cultural bubble every week, no field trip fee.

Join a community of women (and a few guys) who are raising globally-aware kids, who know that they can make a difference in the world, no matter their gender.

😻 Who I am:

I’m Corinne. I’m an inexperienced mom, feminist (who doesn’t usually hate men), Christian (trying to love all men), writer (duh), runner (semi-retired), women’s rights researcher, and a recovering Oreo ice cream addict.

I was born and raised in Arizona. Went to school in Utah. Served a religious service mission in Brazil. Did humanitarian work for a summer in Zambia. Researched and taught in Brazil again for a summer. Worked another summer throwing boxes at a Target in Massachusetts. Did a Fulbright grant for a year in Lisbon. Had a baby while living in my parents’ basement in Idaho.

Now, living in Monza, Italy, I do freelance writing while raising the future third female president of the United States.

🌎 I want to help you connect with the world without the traveler’s diarrhea. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being here.

Permission slips are signed. Sack lunches are packed. See you on The Field Trip!
